What is the procedure to hire a Candidate?

To hire a Candidate you will need to post a job opening on our platform and wait for applications to come in. As soon as you receive the applications, you can select the jobseekers whose profile interests you and schedule an interview. Once you have found the candidate who fits your job profile the best, you can offer them a job and then move forward with the hiring procedure.
